Common Questions

How do I place an order?

When you are ready for us to make your new sign, you can sign and email or fax the proof back to us approving the artwork and pricing and then either provide your deposit via credit card or check.   Once we have the approval and deposit, we will begin working on your sign immediately. 

Will you pull sign permits for my new sign?

Yes, when you order a new sign that is located in our service area, we will provide the price for sign permits on the proof that we provide as well as the documents required. 

How long does it take to get a sign?

Every sign requires a different amount of time to build it.  Some signs are as simple as engraving the information into a plate or printing a decal and others require routing and painting.   We will be able to tell you what our current lead time is for your signs when you contact us.

Can someone meet me to determine what I need?

Yes, we provide free on site consultation to determine the proper size and construction of your new sign.   If you are moving into a property where we made the previous sign, we are also able to pull the previous order details to speed up the process.

Can I install my own sign?

Yes, we are happy to explain the details of installing your new sign to you.  If you feel that the installation is more than you want to attempt on your own, we offer installation services at an affordable price.

Can I change an order?

Due to our quick production time, it is often impossible for changes to be made unless you immediately contact us after placing the order. If a change is necessary, contact us at 1-904-731-3452 and we will help you make those changes as long as your call is received prior to us making your sign. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to any orders that have already been placed.

How do I cancel an order?

Cancelling your order MUST be done within minutes of placing the order. Due to our fast production times, all orders immediately go into our production process. Please contact us immediately after the order is placed if you wish to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards as well as checks and cash.

What should I do if my organization is tax exempt?

If you are tax exempt, we need you to provide us a copy of your Florida sales tax exemption form at the time that your order is placed.   You can email, fax, or mail the form to us.

Do you have any suggestions for designing my sign?

Yes!  If you need assistance with your sign design, we have a full time graphic designer on staff who will assist you with designing the perfect sign for your business.
